How to Flash A Lite-On 83850C Drive

I got mine fixed like at 12AM, I had to use bootable use thumb drive, with doshflash to put back the original fw, then tried it again in JF and went through without the error this time. This one will not touch the internet at all.

I also was able to trade my banned modded box for a brand new elite. :)

Nice. Did you use JF in the begining? Usually if you erase the flash, then JF will not see it. Dosflash will see it regardless.

Yep, started with JF, and during the erase, i got errror. I read last night that it happen to many people. Took me awhile to read about it and to find all the files like l-o-era.exe and others to get it fixed though. But it works now and thats what is important :)

Yeah, everytime this happens Dosflash will save you.
