The Ps3 has indentical challenges etc but you get trophies instead of gamerscore. These also go up in levels by the amount of trophies you have I am on 60% level 5 at the moment.

Yes and there are Platinum for completing every challenge of the game and yes they did steal the idea from microsoft.
