How To Connect to POTHSPROJECTS TeamSpeak Server

POTHSPROJECTS TeamSpeak server is up!

This will help provide the Admins and Mods of this site a way to help the members here with problems they may have. Members simply connect to the server and the Admins or Mods can talk you through whatever problem you may have. Don't worrie it's not all buisness here. Don't need help with anything, just want to bullshit and talk shop? Connect Now!

For people that don't know what TeamSpeak is.

TeamSpeak is flexible, powerful, software which enables people to speak with one another over the Internet. TeamSpeak acts as a host to multiple client connections, capable of many simultaneous users. This results in an Internet based conferencing solution that works in a variety of applications such as team mates speaking with one another while playing their favorite online game, facilitating inter-office communication among co-workers, or simply for personal communication with friends and family.

How To Connect To POTHSPROJECTS TeamSpeak Server

If your connecting to POTHSPROJECTS TeamSpeak Server for the first time the first thing you need to do is download and install the TeamSpeak client here: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads grab version 2.0.32.60. Then follow the guide below to get connected.

First time connection (Anonymous Users)

To connect:

1. Click on the connection tab at the top then connect

2. Right click on servers then click on add server. Type in a name for the server like POTHSPROJECTS

3. on the Right side fill in all the info.
Label: PothsProjects
Server Address: 209.190.24.34:6969
Nickname: YourName
Put a check in Anonymous
Server PassWord: poths6969
Check AutoReconnect.

4. Your done click on the connect button


Connecting for Registered Users Note: You can register after the first time you connect. Speak to an Admin to get reged.

To connect:

1. Click on the connection tab at the top then connect

2. Right click on servers then click on add server. Type in a name for the server like POTHSPROJECTS

3. on the Right side fill in all the info.
Label: PothsProjects
Server Address: 209.190.24.34:6969
Nickname: YourName
Put a check in Registered
Login Name: YourName
PassWord: YourPass
Check AutoReconnect.

4. Your done click on the connect button


Once you connect you will most likely have to set up your mic, sound, etc. We can help you with that. See you on the server!

We still need to get together at some point and work out some details in order to make this become usefull. It would be great to get a query block on the front page with maybe a short discription. Then all we gotta do is get people to actually connect :)

A new TeamSpeak block has been added to the FrontPage of the site. This block will allow you to see if anyone is on TS or allow you to connect to TS right from the block. Simply click on the Connect Button and you will be brought to the TS login page.
